>>> I'm a parishioner of this Church and since it is the tallest Church in the Philippines. I wished that I will have my wedding ceremony in this church. But the construction is taking a while so Ariel and I decided to look for a back-up Church last Jan/Feb 2004. We have been to NSDG and Tres Hermanos in Marikina. I don't like NSDG kasi Ariel's cousin already had their wedding ceremony there. I didn't like the Church in Tres Hermanos kasi it is so simple. I'm opt to have the Immaculate Conception Parish Church in Pasig but ayaw ni Ariel kasi nasa town proper sya and bka mawala daw yung solemnity ng ceremony dahil sa mga "usi". One time, nabanggit namin sa tita and mom ko na wala pa kaming church, my aunt ask us why not have the ceremony in my own parish church since maganda naman sya. I convinced Ariel kasi maganda naman talaga yung altar (elevated) and I would like to help in the Church construction. When we reserved the church last May'04, ayaw pa nilang kumuha ng reservation fee kasi wala pa daw silang sked kung kelan start nilang mag-book for a wedding. Pero ni-reserve pa rin nila yung date namin. That time, wala pang tiles yung floors and wala pang kisame. I was lucky kasi on our wedding, meron ng tiles,kisame and RED carpet. Nagustuhan namna ng mga guest yung church kahit hindi pa tapos. Pag natapos daw yung Church it would really be beautiful. By then, we would be really proud that we got married in the tallest church in the Philippines.

+ Our Celebrant: Father Alvin Habad was funny. Nakakawala ng tense. During the ceremony, he's asking pa kung anong tawag sa motiff namin. Then sa part na " you may kiss the bride, he instructed us to do it once more. But this time it should be longer. Hehehe...parang hindi pari.
+ Service is good. Mababait yung tao sa parish office kahit sobrang kulit ko sa mga phonecalls and text. nung time na nag-pabook kasi ako wala pa silang restrictions kaya mega tanong ako. So far, ok naman lahat sa kanila. Ewan ko lang ngayon.
- Church Contruction is not yet done. Although accepted na namin ito, it would be nicer kung tapos na yung dome nya.
- Flowers are so simple (for me i guess). So I did an upgrade with the help of my mom's friend.
- Sound System: Medyo mahina. Hindi daw kasi binuksan lahat ng speakers not like during Sunday Mass.
- Nagka-sakit yung male vocalist nila kaya walang kakanta ng bridal walk song ko.Girl lang yung pwedeng kumanta and i think hindi bagay nyang kantahin yung "YOUR LOVE by Alamid" kaya we opted to play a CD na lang for the bridal march. During the ceremony na lang kumanta yung choir and ok naman sila.
2. Reception:Green Meadows CLubhouseRate: 10K for 4hours (aircon)

>>> Hay, 3 months kaming nag-hanap ng venue. Mahirap for us kasi meron na kaming caterer and our initial guest list is at 300. Most of the venues we saw can only accomodate 200 guests. Places we've checked are: Sta.Clara's Function Room(Hindi kami pwede kasi exclusive for ALbegus lang sya eh meron na kaming caterer),D'Archors Resort, Marigold Pavilion, Brown Villa, Rain Forest (not for private function daw), Palladium Clubhouse, Greenland Clubhouse, Greenwoods clubhouse, Parkwoods Clubhouse, Alta Vista Clubhouse in antipolo, Vista Verde, Makati Park, Tent Palace in Marikina and bahay ni Kapitan Moy.
+ maganda ang garden for pix taking. sori na lang us kasi madilim na nung dumating kami kaya di kami masyado nakapagpictorial.
+ Airconditioning is good as per the guest.
+ Restrooms are clean
- Stage (P200 each) we reserved 2 stage. Buti na lang 2 lang reserved namin kahit masikip for pix taking (kaya ginawa na lang namin sa baba) kasi umuuga yung iba.
- Masungit yung isang tao dun sa office nila.hmmp.
- Set-up time is only 4 hours before the function. 5:30 reservation namin.Nakiusap kaming mag-set-up ng 11pm as per request of our caterer. Hindi sila pumayag for 11am but instead allowed us at 12nn. Kaya ok na din.
- Mahal ang extension. 2.5K per hour. huhuhu. 30 mins lang kami nag-extend and we paid an add'l of 2.5K.hmmp again.
3. Church Flower Upgrade: Daria (Mom's Friend)Rate: 2K

>>>Dahil hindi pa nga tapos yung church namin. Wala pa rin syang main door-as in wala, Zero, open to public. Nung mag-ocular kme ni Kitte (Out of the Box). She suggested to have an ARC para maganda pa rin ang start sa bridal walk. The day before the wedding ko lang sya nakausap pero payag sya agad. Pinadagdagan nya pa yung cost pero nag-haggle si mommy kasi friend nya.
+ Dinagdagan nya ng colored flowers yung set-up sa church kahit ARC lang usapan namin.
+ Maganda yung flower arrangement and yung ARC kahit before nung bridal walk is nahuhulog yung bunch ng flower sa middle na bamboo arc. Nagtatawanan nga kami before ako mag-walk eh.
4. HMU:Kuya Embong (Family Friend)Rate:8K for the Bride, my mom, my dad,my bro, my 3sisters, one ninang and Kitte.

>>> I love my HMU. Artista daw ako that time sabi ng mga guests.Hahaha. My pre-nup make-up is different from my wedding MU because of my request na rin. I remember most of you liked my prenup pix and trial M-up but I changed my hair kasi nagandahan ako dun sa hair ni Gladys Reyes nung wedding nya. just showed him the pix and that was it. Magaling sya and mabilis. 2pm na sya nag-lunch kasi tinapos nya muna sis,ninang and mom ko before me. Di sya kumain hanggang di tapos yung HMU ko. He ensures also that maayos yung HMU ko before the ceremony and dun sa reception. Nakakatawang part pa namin is before the bridal march, nung natatanggal yung veil ko. They ask me if I have an extra hairclip. Eh wala ako. Buti na lang andun si Kitte. They get a clip from her.Madami daw talaga silang nilagay na clips kay kitte para sakin.Hahaha. Buti na lang di naman pumangit yung hair nya.hehehe.

>>> I really hate him for the flowers. Unang choice ko for the bridal bouquet is Lilies of the valley but found that it is very expensive-17K. So I shift to imported Calla Lilies. I have given him the sample pix and I told him and wrote down sa paper with pix that it should be IMPORTED para mini lang sya. On the wedding day, 1pm na wala pa yung flowers. Naiinis na din si kitte sa kanya kasi everytime na tumatawag si kitte sa kanya, he's telling na parating na daw yung flowers. 2pm na dumating yung flowers. And to our dismay. Mukha syang flowers ng patay. Ang masama pa is bulok yung ibang flowers and halatang halata. I remember, nung dumating yung flowers, Edith (out of the box) ask kung para kanino daw yung flowers. Kitte already knew that I would not like it kaya she rushed to megamall to find another flower for me. Even the photog don't want to include the flowers in the pictorial. Masisira daw ang talent sya sa editing.hahaha. Kaya pinagtyagaan na lang namin yung sponsors flower for the pictorial.

- delivery is bad, got my gown,2 days before the wedding-wala nakong magawa. The initial agreement is I'll have my gown in february. I really hate him for this.

+ We never regret having them for OTD coordination because they have been helping us even 4 weeks before the wedding. Our wedding may not be that perfect because of some unexpected things but I know it would have gone really bad without them. They were able to work on last minute changes before the wedding like changing the program because of singers who got
sick, buying a bouquet to replace the disgusting flowers delivered by my flower supplier, getting a new bridal car to replace the "green bridal car", singing with my friend because my other friend got sick, helping me remove my peticot while having the garter toss game kasi nahuhulog na sya and a lot more. We are really happy we got them.
+ kitte even re-polish my nail coz it does not look good when i woke up in the morning
+ added service: reviewed the pre-nup paper which i didn't sign before the wedding because as per her inputs na rin that it should be signed with the presence of a lawyer.
+ they have their own expertise (edith on hotel and church, kitte on rsvp, reception and other needs, jp on sounds sa reception, joseph on sounds sa church,bogs on other stuffs)
+ they arrive early in the hotel.
+ they make sure that we are on-sked.

+ plus points nila yung mga guys nila, especially sa hotel, they were able to help us transfer from one room to another.
+ they are dedicated to their work. Actually, they were not able to eat during the reception to ensure that everything is coordinated. Kakahiya nga. ayaw naman nilang mag-uwi ng ibang foods.

Bangkok (9)+ the temples are nice.
+ the dinner cruise (add'l of $32 for 2hours) was really romantic. the foods were great;worth the price.
+ our tourist guide is nice.however, our driver does not speak english.
+ elephant show (add'l of $32)- nice, and cute ng mga elephants, galing nilang mag-pose.
+ street fuds are cheap,looks clean and taste really gud. nag-enjoy nga si ariel eh.
- Phatphong (the famous show) - expensive (500baht); the girls are not that good looking pero kakaawa sila.
Four Seasons International House (8)+ few meters from the tutuban-like mall ( goods are cheap but hi-quality,just need to choose wisely and know how to compare the price here in the phils)
+ food is good,medyo friendly to our taste especially the crabmeat fried rice.
+ thai massage is cheaper and really relaxing.
- rooms are not so comfortable
- the towels does not look clean coz its red but fairly smells good.
- the restroom does not look, broken pa nga yung spray sa may toilet bowl.
- room service is until 11pm only.
Summary:The bloopers on our wedding day, did not affect us. We learned to let go and SMILE. Our love overflowed that day. We are truly blessed to have each other.
