We're so happy while waiting to arrive to Grand Canyon. Being lost in a gost town-like is an unforgettable experience for us. We felt disappointed when it rained going to the view site of the canyons. We regret not checking on weather forecast. However, we saw the forecast in the gate when we paid $20 for the entrance that morning should be sunny and in the afternoon, we may experience some rain showers. Hay... so disappointing. We got there at 11am. The plan then was to park and eat our lunch baon in the car and buy a rain coat. After we have eaten, we went to the souvenir store and I bought a shot glass ( my collection). 'Di na kami bumili ng raincoat kasi medyo tumigil na yung ulan and ang mahal. $6.5 ba naman. Hmmp. So after that drive na ulit sa mga viewing sites. We're still blessed. Tumigil na nang tuluyan yung ulan. Baliktad yung weather forecast sa GATE. Hahaha. So ayun. Yung mga boys yung mahilig sa pictures. Grabe, lahat yata ng sulok and viws, pina-picture-an.
Hehehe. ALmost nalibot namin lahat pati yung tower where we can view the Colorado river. Hay...so kakapagod maglakad. Mga 5pm bumaba na kami. We stopped in a bazaar and watched an indian dancing and performing special stuffs.
Then, drive na ulit, this time mas exciting,going to Las Vegas na. 4hour drive din ata. Tulog ulit ako. Hehehe. We stopped at Hoover Dam but since gabi na,wala na kami masyado makita kaya tuloy ang drive to L.V. buaks na lang daw kami balik dun.
When we reached vegas, hanap na kami ng hotel. We checked-in Clarion Hotel for $119/night (saturday night) and $79 for Sunday night. After namin mababa mga gamit, punta na kami sa Excalibur for the buffer but to bad for us.11pm na pala yun and it is already closed. Dun na lang kami sa katabing chinese fastfood kumain. Ok din naman. Sobra na kaming pagod nun kaya balik na kami sa hotel. Yung 2 kasama ko,plastado, tulog agad.
Sunday, we woke up at 10am and got to Excalibur at 11am for the BRUNCH buffet. It was good but expensive if I'll convert it to PHP. Kaya Kain na lang kami. Hehehe. After lunch balik kami sa South for the Hoover dam visit which is about an hour drive from Vegas. Got there at almost 2pm. Sobrang init. Grabe, kakauhaw dun.Tapos yung mga kasama, wala silang masyadong ginawa kundi mag-picture at mag-video ng mga views and beaties sa ilalim ng initan....Patay na naman ang delicate kong skin. Balik sa dating anyo.hehehe.
4pm umalis na kami. Balik sa hotel. Tawag sa mga love ones- may pasok na sa Philippines kasi Monday na but sa Vegas, Sunday afternoon pa lang. Kainis nga lang kasi,sira pa isang payphone kaya intayan kami. Tapos, shower lang kami then gawa na ng plan for the night. 1st in the list is going North.
First stop was Hard Rock Hotel. Lumuwa mga mata ng guys na kasama ko kasi madaming naka 2-pc lang sa entrance ng hotel. Mayroon atang beach theme party sa loob ng hotel. Hehehe. Pero we only took picture outside the Hard Rock Cafe. Mga kasama ko talaga, hilig sa picture. Next stop was Stratosphere. Picture lang ulit sa labas. Pumasok din kami so we can go the the top and have some picture but we need to pay for $12 for the entrance in the lounge kaya di na kami tumuloy kasi sayang naman kung papapicture lang kami tas aalis na agad.
After that, drive na kami sa South Vegas. Dito ang masaya. Madaming tao. Madaming naglalakad. Kaya pag muna namin sasakyan namin tas lakad na kami to Alladin, Paris and Eiffel Tower. Walang katapusang Picturan. After that, kain muna kami sa BK para mura. Then lakad ulit. Daan sa Ceasar's Palace. Nuod ng fountain show sa Bellagio twice. Ang ganda. And it was so romantic. I missed Ariel so much kaya I just used my digicam to capture the fountain show and show to Ariel when I come back. Hay...
Tapos nun. Lakad ulit kami to the souvenir shop and bought my shot glass. Then, sakay sa elevator ng overpass nila. Sosi noh?! overpass na merong escalator and elevator. Then lakad ulit this time to New York-New York. Siempre. Pictures ulit. Pictures na marami. Hay kakapagod na. Then we went inside NY-NY for the Coyote Ugly Bar. It was the guys' idea pero ok lang sakin. Dami naman girls din dun eh. Entrance was $10. Masaya naman. Sayaw konti. Masid-masid. Walang pilipino sa loob. Kami lang. Hahaha. Kahit dun sa labas, wala ata kaming nakitang pilipino. Asan kaya sila?! So ayun, kahit 'di ako umiinom ng beer, napainom din ako ng Bud Light. Pero nilumot sakin yun. Hahaha. Yung mga lalaki, naka 3 bottles. Know what, medyo mas liberated yung mga mexicans dun. Yung nakatabi namin. Nagwawala. Super dikit ng katawan sa kasayaw nya. Parang bangag. Pero nung yung friend nya yung kasayaw nung kasama nya. nagsayaw mag-isa. Sinasayaw sya ng mga mexicans pero lumalayo sya. Gusto nya, puti lang sasayaw sa kanya. Ti-na-try din nga nung isang kasama ko pero ayaw din. Hahaha. Buti nga. But in fairness, the hosts are good, they can entertain the guest well and keep on asking the girls to participate and dance on the stage. Muntik nako sumayaw thinking na wala naman makakakilala sakin pero I can't. Siguro kung kasama ko si Ariel, ginawa ko yun. Hehehe. Pero you know what, pwede pala mag video and kumuha ng picture sa loob, di sila strict. Kaya ayun, yung kasama kong mga baliw, kumuha ng mga picture. See some nice shots below.

After ma-satisfy nila sarili nila taking pictures, labas na kami at 2am. I bought 2 shirts (w/ and w/o sleeeves) and a shot glass there.
After that, MGM naman. Hay..kakapagod na. Siempre..picture picture ulit. Pasok din kami sa loob and of course, pictures ulit. Medyo pagod na kami. Kaya, pahinga muna sa lakad and spend about $2 playing slot machine. Hehehe. Diko talaga kayang sumugal ng malaki coz I know that I am not lucky in gambling.
Hay.. yung 2 naming kasama, gusto pa maglakad, pero pagod na kami kaya sabi namin, this is all we can do for the day. There might be some other time. At least, marami na din kaming napuntahan. Hay..kaya balik na kami sa hotel and slip.
On monday morning, we woke up at 10am. 11am paalis na kami ng Vegas, gusto sana pa namin punta sa LA kahit sandali lang pero dahil traffic, di na kami nag-try..Hehehe. We had our brunch in the desert- but in Denny's Diner. Kainis nga lang na di friendly mga crew dun except dun sa Old Mexican Man na dining crew. Pagtapos nun...isang mahabang biyahe na dahil sa traffic. Kakainis. Ganun daw talaga pag long weekend kasi madaming nag-in-inter state vacation/trip. Got home at 11pm. I was so tired kaya after calling Ariel, tulog na agad ako.
Next time na lang yung ibang pictures ha?...
