Friday in the City

We took a DAY OFF from work last Friday. We went to Makati to get the ORs for the PAG-IBIG payments we made thru our developer. From the developer we went to Pag-ibig to pay for our M.A and to issue PDCs for 1 year.

We got lucky that morning because we didn't pay any parking free for the 2 locations that we've been. 1st, we got to park in Mercury drug near Makati Med because we got to buy some AM Snacks. Then we parked at the back of the Somerset hotel. We knew that we got to pay some parking free. But we have waited for a while before leaving the parking area and no one ask for payment.

From Makati, we took the Coastal Road to Cavite. We needed to go to SSS in Bacoor to re-apply for Ariel's ID. He never receive his ID since it was captured in our office last 2002 but when he re-applied in SSS Tagaytay, they told us that we need to get an Affidafit of Loss and so we did. Tagaytay is far from where we are that moment so we opted to go to Bacoor.

We got in SM Bacoor at 11:50am. While waiting for the 1pm office hour of SSS, we decided do some window shopping but I ended up buying curtain, a blouse and a scrapbooking Mag from Booksale. We had our lunch in MXM. It was not great though. We ordered for fish with vegetables, roast duck, tausi spareribs & chicken asparagus soup. The taste is bland..not a
typical chinese food taste.

From SM Bacoor, we tried to walk outside to go to SSS. We were informed that it's just near. However, when we asked some sidewalk vendors, they told us that we need to ride a jeep because it is not walking distance. So... we rode a bus (tagal ko na di nakakasakay ng bus pero ganun pa rin. nothing changed except the fare). When we reached SSS, I was so pissed. We were informed that they can't accommodate more people for pix taking because they reached their qouta of 140person. Pwede ba yun? I had my pix taken once and I know that it's not that long to take pix and pertinent infos from people. Hay.... sayang ang pamasahe at pagod.

Going back to SM Molino, we just took a jeep. Bumaba kami sa Meralco which is in fromt of SM Bacoor to file a complain "sana" about our meter which was placed at the post far from our house. The customer number we got is 5079 and the current number being attended is 5050. Hubby and I tried to wait but almost 20mins had passed, and the number just moved twice. We just decided to leave. I hate waiting!

Got home @ 3pm. We watched "4108" and "Evan Almighty". Not great films but not bad as well. Don't know what got into us, that after eating dinner, we felt sleepy and slept at 9pm. This is very early for us.... Maybe we are not use to the traffic in "MANILA"....
