What Happenned?
It suddenly dropped.
As per the chicka-chicka, it is because of the lifting of the tax exemption for the solar companies in the US. We are affected eventhough we are a semicon company because our company owns 50% of the Sunpower Corporation.
Now... we're just keeping our fingers cross that it will not go back to it's record low way back 2001.

Put your character in the subject line and forward to your friends and back to the person that sent this to you.
Very interesting to see ‘who’ your friends are!
(10-16 points) You are Garfield :
You are very comfortable, easy going, and you definitely know how to
have fun but sometimes you take it to an extreme. You always know what
you are doing and you are always in control of your life. Others may
not see things as you do, but that doesn’t mean that you always have to do what is right. Try to remember, your happy spirit may hurt you or others.
(17-23 points) You are Snoopy:
You are fun, you are very cool and popular. You always know what’s i n
and you are never are out of style You are good at knowing how to
satisfy everyone else. You have probably disappeared for a few days
more than once but you always come home with the family values that you learned Being married and having children are important to you, but
only after you have had your share of fun times
(24-28 points) You are Elmo:
You have lots of friends and you are also popular, always willing to
give advice and help out a person in need. You are very optimistic and
you always see the bright side of things. Some good advice: try not to
be too much of a dreamer. Dreaming too big could cause many conflicts in
your life.
(29-35 points) You are Sponge Bob Square Pants:
You are the classic person that everyone loves. You are the best friend that anyone could ever have and never wants to lose. You never cause harm to anyone and they would never not understand your feelings. Life is a journey, it’s funny and calm for the most part. Stay away from traitors and jealous people, and you will be stress free.
(36-43 points) You are Charlie Brown:
You are tender, you fall in love quickly but you are also very serious
about all relationships. You are a family person. You call your Mom
every Sunday. You have many friends and may occasionally forget a few
Birthdays. Don’t let your passion confuse you with reality.
(44-50 points) You are Dexter:
You are smart and definitely a thinker… Every situation is fronted
with a plan. You have a brilliant mind. You demonstrate very strong
family principles. You maintain a stable routine but never ignore a bad
situation when it comes. Try to do less over thinking every once in a
while to spice things up a bit with spontaneity!
Now don’t spoil it! Have some Fun!!

Nursing Home
I believe that planning for the future is needed. When I get old and sick, I would like to be taken care of inside our home. I also believe that we should all start looking for a care home as early as now. But we should know first what kind and type of care we would like to have. Our present illness or family history can also be our basis as to the type of care we will be needing. It is better to be safe and protected rather than be sorry. Setting a budget for this is recommended.

Hair Treatment atbp.
The plan was to have it done once we receive our bonus. However, hubby seems not used to have money inside his wallet (he is used in giving me all his php - I do the planning and spending. But I didn't get money from his collection this week).
I would not to have my hair done this early but he was just so exited about it.
So we went to Index Salon in Dasma Cavite. This is the same place where I had my hair rebonded for only 2k last January. I was advise that I should take the Loreal Power dose treatment for 1.1K (needed 2 bottles for my long hair). It was good after all. I was so satisfied with the result. The scalp massage was also so relaxing. I gave the "parlorista" a fair tip.
When we got out of the parlor, I saw a man selling "mangga't bagoong" (my favorite). I bought one and was not able to control myself....I ate it inside the car. Yummy.
Now... hubby is working at home again. This is also the reason why I was able to open my PC and blog. Hehehe.
Quiet
Btw, please drop by my other blog to see my random thoughts.

Growing Old
Life is tough nowadays. Every minute counts. Time is moving so fast. We would never know what could happen the next day. I believe that as early as now (although I think, it is already late), we should think of how we would like to be taken care of when we get old. Looking for nursing homes should be part of our plans for the future. We should also know what kind and type of care we would like to have or would need in order for us not to be a burden to our children.

Car Insurance
Right now, we own a Home and a 10 year old Car which are both insured. We also plan to buy a brand new car in the future. We'll sure get an insurance for it. But before doing that we would need to compare all the available insurance providers. This is to Lower Your Car/SUV Insurance. It would be better if we can get an Insurance Quotes Online. I know how to drive a manual transmission car but I am not a good driver yet. Thus, we would also like an insurance provider that offers Poor Driver Auto Insurance Rates. A sports car is part of my wish list. If we will be lucky, we would also want an insurance provider that have Coverage For Sports Car. Bottom line, our requirement is an Insurance Provider that offers a complete coverage at a competitive cost.
Pay Day Loans
Most of the time, payday money just come and go. Monthly budgeting is suggested but there are some circumstances that are inevitable. The next payday could be some more days away. Worst case is, it could be 30 days away. In times like this, and if we don't have an emergency fund, we can ask for help from family members or friends. However, there would be times, that they can't help us. Good thing that there are already companies that offer salary loans. There are also some that offers Faxless Payday Loans where your loans can be approved easily and funds will be deposited directly to your bank account the next banking day. Easy right?! So the next time that you'll need to bridge your cash needs between pay days, just remember that help is just around. You just need to search and click.
Something to Look forward To

Shopping Cart Software Provider
But before that, I would like to shop for a Shopping Cart Software that would meet my requirements. I would like a user-friendly website. The software provider should be able to meet my expectation in terms of features and overall look of my planned online store. I hope ASHOP should be able to answer my needs and wants.
Online Gambling
Bet365 can answer all our requirements. They have a wide range of online betting facilities from sports, casino, poker , interactive game and much much more. It also have a secured online environment to its clients. You would not worry about the security of your accounts which are also very manageable in their site. I just checked their site and I was satisfied. You better check it out too.

Hubby's Birthday
It was a very simple party. Most of the foods are easy to prepare like:
1. Rellenong Bangus - bought from our suking tindahan in Pasig
2. Inihaw na Liempo - grilled by our help.
3. Kalderetang Baka - ordered from our officemate.
4. Crispy Batikulon for Pulutan - ordered from our officemate
5. Fruit Salad - prepared by yours truly
6. Pansit - cooked by Dad
7. Hotdog with Mallows on stick for the kids - prepared by manang.
8. Eggplant - fried by manang
9. Puto Pao - bought from Pasig
10. Chicken Lollipop and Lumpiang Shainghai - contributed by Ariel's sisters. Cooked in our home.
11. Drinks - Coke, Coke Light, Pepsi Diet, Pepsi Max, Nestea Ice tea (concentrate) in a water jag.
12. Chocolate cake from Goldilocks.
Most of the grocery items that we'll be needing were bought the week before the party. But Friday before the party, we need to take a half day off to go to Pasig and get some items that we'll be needing.
We left the office @ 1230pm. Just drove thru Mcdo for our lunch. Hubby had quarter pounder and I had nuggets and spaghetti. We took coastal road. We're lucky that there's no traffic. However, there's a slow moving traffic in Pasay Rotonda. It irritates me. I am not used to heavy traffic anymore since we moved to Cavite. Btw, Hubby and I are supposed to go to ATC before going to Pasig but an officemate car pooled with us. He's going home to Bulacan. We just decided to go Megamall instead so we can drop him there. But when we're in Pasay Rotonda, he decided to just go down and take the MRT. I saw an ad in the MRT that Megamall is having a 3-DAY sale. I told hubby that I am having 2nd thoughts of going to Megamall. While he's still driving a thought of going to Glorietta passed by me but I didn't entertain it because of traffic. It was 2pm that time. When we are in Guadalupe, hubby got a text message that bombing happened in Glorietta. We still can't believe the news. Then, another same SMS came from our previous boss. We then believed it. We're thankful that we didn't went to Glorietta.
We reached my parents house in Pasig @ 3:30pm. We're still able to have a glimpse of the news about the bombing. It is so scary. We left @ 4:30pm.
We took SLEX going back Home. We went to ATC before heading home. We dropped by 88 STORE to buy a 12x12 paper organizer and a cork board. Then we shopped for hubby's birthday shirts. Hubby saw the WORLD VISION booth near Guess. Hubby is already sponsoring a child. It's now my time, so I signed up. I would like to buy a gift for hubby without him knowing but he doesn't want to let go of me. So I just accompanied him to Olympic Village. He was eyeing for a footware there before but he doesn't want to buy it. I asked him to just look for whatever that will please him and it will be my gift. He saw a nice sandals from Merrell. It was on sale-20% off, I think. We bought it and had our Dinner in North Park before going home.
At home, I prepared the salad and somehow clean the house before sleeping.
SATURDAY - HUBBY's BDAY
I woke up @ 6pm for my aero class. hubby woke up @ around 8am to watch his fav Dragon Ball on TV. It was such a busy morning. hubby went to hardware after bfast to buy some electrical stuffs for the lights that he plan to set up for the TENTs. I got sleepy and took a nap. Fews minutes later, the tents, chairs and tables and videoke arrived. Still... i have nothing to do. hehehe. Hubby set-up the lights.
Saw daddy cooking a HUGE CRAB. He said that ariel bought it for me. Such a sweet gesture from hubby. it's his bday but he still managed to surprise me with my favorite dish. After few hours of preparation, we had our lunch @ 11am. We also invited our neighbors for the party in the night. Dad started cooking pansit while Manang started grilling the liempo. Mom and Popoy arrived @ 2pm. We took a bath @ 3pm. I went to SM Molino with Mom to buy some ICE and cake. Another driving experience for me. I seldom drive lately because I am in T-MODE. Hehehe. We went to the grocery. Good thing that the line for paying in the cashier was short. We went to Goldilocks. Unfortunately, there are only 2 cakes remaining - a choco marble and a chocolate cake. The lady beside me bought the choco marble so I am left with no choice but to buy the Chocolate cake.
When we got back home, my in-laws are already there. We started preparing the buffet table. Few minutes later @ around 5pm the Tigas family came. Served the kids some hotdogs on stick. Good things we were able to make some for the kids. The invite says 6pm. Guest started arriving pass 6pm. Guests started serving themselves. Guests continue to arrive. Mostly are our officemates. We were expecting some relatives of Ariel but none arrived. Only his sisters and BILs. I just don't know if hubby was disappointed. But I think, our fault is we didn't indicate in the text invite the "RSVP" thingy. Hehehe. Our nieghbors also came to party. We're happy that they accepted our invite ( we are not talking with them before. we just say hi and hello). We had our 1st talk. Hehehe. Nice to have new friends in the neighborhood. Sir Boyet (our previous boss, not connected with CML anymore) also came at around 8pm. Few minutes later, Fr. Ginu (our Parish Priest) also came. Most of our guests are surprise to know he's from India but speaks Tagalog fluently. Our guests started saying goodbye @ around 9pm.The last batch of guest left @ 11pm. There are lots of leftover foods. There are a lot of guests but still MANY didn't make it. Wala lang. Sayang ibang handa.. So what's next???? Cleaning time.. hehehe. Thanks to my family for helping out. Also thanks to Ate Nena and her friend (ate Mildred) for the help. We cleaned up @ 12mn. Sleeping time na. A very tiring but fulfilling day. See pix in this link.
SUNDAY
woke up @ 8am. Hubby watched Dragon Ball. Had bfast. Dad left @ around 11pm with his biker friends (they biked from Pasig to Cavite). At 1030am, everybody took a nap. We had our lunch/PM snacks @ 3pm. All of us attended a mass @ 5pm. After the mass, hinatid ni hubby mga Mom ko to Alabang. I waited for him at HOME for dinner kasi di na kami kasya sa CAR. hehehe. When he arrived, we just ate our dinner and took a rest.
We had a very tiring yet wonderful weekend.

Investment, Protection and Insurance
On the other hand, we should also buy insurance. But take note that insurance is not an investment. It is a protection for the future. I do believe that protection needs to come first before investment. This is not just for us but for our family that we may left behind. In shopping for an insurance, one must list the insurance plans pros and cons. One insurance provider could be better on another in one type of insurance. We can never have all the good things in an insurance provider. The best approach to Lower Your Insurance Premium is to lay all the plans available compare and bargain with the provider. In this way, you can not just spend on protection but also Save Money on Insurance. Is it not good?

Online Business and Shopping Cart Software
I would like to try my luck on online business because of the advantages that I can see as shown below:
1. Time - you can do business part time or full time. You can do business on your free time.
2. Not much manpower is needed.
3. Easier to Manage.
4. Shipping of items can be managed online.
5. Safer transaction - if payment is made thru paypal.
6. A lot of shopping cart software is available online.
Building an online business would need an ecommerce software. This would ease the organization of the website. If you need a shopping cart software provider. Go check Ashop commerce.

They offer a comprehensive solution for selling items online. Your entire online business website can be managed effectively and efficiently by their software. So if you already know what product you plan to sell and already done with the feasibility study of the business, it is now time to find a shopping cart software and start bringing in money into your cash register.

Online Casino Review Site
My cousin's friend already told me about this online poker that he was able to try. He said it was good. It already encourages my to join but I think word of the mouth is not enough. Some features of online gaming would not suit everyone.
I'm glad that http://www.pro360.com/ is now available. They do reviews of the best online casinos since 1997. I would definitely read their reviews before doing my gambling.I have to increase my odds of winning. I just checked their site, almost all available online game reviews are there. You better check it out.
Need Help in Rebuilding Credit Standing?
Another LO in BG Gallery

Was so happy this morning when I saw the email from BG.
My recent LO (Picture of U) was accepted in their gallery. This is my 3rd out of my 5 attempts.
Hubby was Jealous Last Week!!!
Not with anyone else but with my hobby. Hehehe.
I was doing a LO last week and he rendered some help but I got impatient with his comment and told him that he's so slow reworking my scallop traces. Hehehe.
I told him " Ako na lang".
He said .... "Wag daw ako makialam kasi gusto nya gawin yun"
Tapos bigla nagtampururot. Hay.
Tulog na lang daw sya.
I didn't mind him thinking that he's just pretending.
I continue scrapping.
Then, he went downstairs to watch TV. I followed him. He opened a bottle of Coke and got a bottle of Ice tea from the ref. I know he's trying to tease me because I am limiting his intake of these liquids because of his recent palpitations. Hmp. I returned the bottle of coke inside the ref and give him a glass of ice tea. I tried begging him to go back to our room but he asked me to leave him for a while. He'll just go back to our room in his own will. Hay!!!
What I did????
I continue to scrap. Bad ba ko? hahaha.
When he got back to our room. Part of me doesn't want to stop because I'll lose my momentum but family comes first so I left what I am doing and tried to make up with him. Tampo pa rin sya before we sleep. Hehehe.

Week before Hubby's Birthday
I'm a little disappointed because I was not able to prepare something special for hubby. Would like to print a banner, make some giveaways or some program but time and money limit me. Actually hubby is also another reason. He is like a "Guardia Civil". He doesn't want to let go of me. He doesn't allow me go out alone because he doesn't want me to buy gifts for him. Sigh.
Anyway, the foods are all set except for the cake. I haven't order a cake. A simple cake from Goldilocks will do. However, need to ensure that they will have a big cake that day. Hay... pano ba ko didiskarte.
I also want to prepare a loot bag or something for the guest pero pano? We still need to go to Pasig today to get the relleno the cooking utensils (my dad will cook pansit) and to fetch my bro & sis.
I also want some balloons. Hay.
I have many wants but I NEED to buy a gift for hubby. I have something on my mind pero don't know how to buy it within hubby knowing.
Well.. wish me luck. Hehehe.

Quality Weekend
I was not able to finish a LO. I just blogged and watched TV.
Hubby and I also attended our Home Owners Association meeting. It was our 1st time although we're living in our village for 2 years already. A lot of topics were discussed. Some are good. Some are so-so and on some I don't care. hehehe. Then there was a commercial - Barangay election candidates campaign. I am not into politics so it bored me. We're still lucky that the meeting ended early 5pm. According to some attendees... sometimes it last till 7pm. What???!!! I can't stand a meeting for that long. I am super impatient specially to those who are not a good speaker. Maybe because I already spent 7 years of my life in a corporate world and we're trained to be a precise speaker. We're also trained about meeting effectiveness. Sorry... but sometimes... i believe that one should respect other's time.
Some of my obeservations:
1. Meeting time is 2pm. Our president came 5minutes late. Few minutes more, she told us to wait for the others to come before we start. Huh????!!!!
- I hate waiting but was not able to voice out my concern because it's my 1st time to attend that meeting.
- If others are late... so what?! It's their fault. Why do others need to suffer? Hmmp. Bulok na systema kaya di umaasenso Pinas eh.
- The Clubhouse is an open area. The sound system was set-up but the covers for some sides of the area was not placed. Aren't they supposed to prepare it before the meeting starts? My gulay...
2. Meeting time is so long. They have an agenda but no time frame for every topic.
3. Some people are trying to impress others??? Speaking in english even though the topics are being discussed in our native language. I initially thought that this person doesn't know how to speak but can understand Tagalog. But after the meeting.... I heard this person speaking in tagalog.. HELLO?!!! Sorry for being sarcastic but I believe that you should put yourself in the community you are in. You don't need to be arrogant or too proud of yourself to be recognized. Humility is still a Virtue.
After the meeting, hubby went out of our subdivision to buy some ihaw-ihaw. While walking home alone, I saw our neighbor selling puto-bumbong. This is one of my favorite xmas foods. They told me that they ran out of banana leaves so they will just put my orders in a plastic. Told them that I'll just bring a plate. (Another GO GREEN effort).
Hubby and I had our PM snacks in the house. Then, Arlene, my Aero instructor asked me to help her distribute flyers for our Health Campaign (Aero Session). Finished @ 6: 20pm. Hubby still took a Nap. At 6:45 we prepared to attend an Anticipated Mass @ 7pm.
Had dinner @ Home. Scrapped some more while watching DIE HARD 4. Didn't understand much Kept thinking about my LO.
A little early to BED.
SUNDAY
6am Aero.
After Bfast, hubby and I had a DIE HARD Marathon. We watched 1-3. Nice movie although it is far from reality. It looks like that Bruce Willis have 9 lives. Hehehe.
While watching DH2, I started organizing my scrap stuffs.
1.Was happy that I finally found a nice container for two of my stamps.
2.Stil need to find a house for my MM Stamps.
3. My Ribbons, Fibers, laces also need a container.
4. I need another box for my papers.
5. See u later 88 store.
Finished watching those DVDs @ 5pm. We took a nap. Woke up again @ 8pm to have some dinner. Watched TV and slept again.
The VERDICT, very fulfilling weekend. Able to spend unexpensive quality time with hubby. Looking forward to more... hoping it will be in some other good places..
My wish List:
a. The FARM
b. CASA San Pablo
c. Resort in LB
d. Singapore
e. so on and so forth....
Keeping my fingers cross for a budget. hehehe.

GO GREEN
I am aware of the global warming and would like to contribute on my own ways to save mother earth. Hope everyone would also contribure. It's never too late.
Some learnings.
1. Use washable bag in doing your market thing. Plastics' decomposition is 100years.While manufacturing of paper bags kills a lot of trees.
- I am happy that SM participated in this campaign. I got 3 free Green Bags and I do ensure that we are using them every time we do our groceries. I am getting 2 benefits here: additional points for my SMAC and also helping mother earth.
2. ATM receipts. Most of us select print receipt whenever we do transactions. If you are just going to throw it, why print it. You can save a lot of trees by not printing the receipts. I already made my part. Just today because I didn't realized it before. If you can do bank transaction online, no need to print receipts.
3. Save on Tissues/Napkins. Use washable table napkins instead.
4. Avoid Stand-by power. Turn-off /unplug appliances if not in use.
5. Conserve water and energy as much as possible..
Ayun... wala lang. I hope you guys also learned and do your part!
Btw, hope you can also share some more tips in saving mother earth!!!!
Good luck to us. This is for our Children!!! (kahit wala pa kami baby). Hehehe.

What I did Yesterday (End of Ramadan Holiday)
After bfast, hubby slept again (he only sleep for 1 hour last thursday for a report (pretty workaholic huh?).
While he's sleeping, I finished my entries for the Lasting Impression's Piggy Tales Challenge.
My entries are: New Beginning and Love your China Eyes.
(He slept till 2pm so I was able to finish 2 LOs).
After our late lunch, we went to a reception area near our place for no reason at all. We just want to see the place. The verdict: Pretty Nice Place. Nice reception place and resort.
Then we went to SM Molino, had our snacks in Wendy's - Yummy yummy. Had my garden side salad and my favorite Bacon Chiz Burger. Hubby had his Shrimp Sandwich.
After the snack... we went to the hypermart...did shop for the items we need for his bday party next saturday.
Had our dinner @ home. We forgot that it's our help's birthday. Hubby went out and bought Pancit Malabon and Lechon Manok as gift for her. We asked her to share them with her friends in our neighborhood. Unfortunately..most of them are already sleeping. She said, she'll just save it for tomorrow.
After dinner... while watching TV, I finished this CARD. This is my entry for a call. Also started the LO that needs to go with this CARD but it is only 50% done. Hope to finish it today even though I still have lots of things to do. Also, need to fix my scrap stuffs for the party on Saturday!
Gift for my friends in US

A Sign?
I then remembered hubby told me few days ago that he also dream of me about positively having a baby.
Could this be a sign????
I just pray and hope so... but still... Thy will be done!

I have COLDs
It is only now that I realized. That I knew who the culprit is... hehehe...
It was the woman seating next to me inside the church.
She was wearing a very strong perfume. Sobrang sakit sa ilong.
I asked hubby na palit na lang us place. coz i really have a sensitive nose.
hay... i just wonder... do we really have to wear such a strong perfume going to mass?
I may sound bad... but...having colds is no joke.
Hope others will be considerate.... or hope that my nose' sensitivity to scents be lowered....hehehe.
While others are Excited about Pacquiao's Game
When I got home, I woke up hubby to eat bfast so he can take his medicines. Then I tried to take pix of my LO done for the Scrapfest OTS Challenge, the contents of the Lootbag, my prize and my new goodies. Also finished the LO which I started early last week. Here's the finish LO. I was thinking... why it didn't have much impact... dapat pala... I converted the pix to BW. Better luck next time. Hehehe.
Hubby felt a little better na and he insisted to cook lunch for us. He used the chicken breading I got from the scrapfest. We would like to watch PACQUIAO's game but got sleepy. Hehehe. Sorry but hubby and I are not fanatics of this sport.Woke up @ 4pm. Need to rush everything so that we can be be on time for the 5-6pm Mass. After the Mass... we ate kwek2 outside the church. Hubby really love them.
We also went to SM Molino to shop for some foods and toiletries. Had our dinner @ home, watched TV before retiring for BED. Need to rest in preparation for a week of work. Hehehe.

SCRAPFEST4 and My Sick Hubby
Told hubby about it but he still insisted that I go. I prepared the things that i'll be bringing for the scrapfest that night.
On Saturday, we left home @ 8:30am. Did a RAK before going to MAX's (venue of Scrapfest4).
Arrived there, few minutes after 10am. I got seat#37. This was based on the time you arrived in the place.
Maaga pa pala ako. I was assuming that the place will be almost fully packed because they announced that the door will be opened @ 9:30am. Hubby left me after a few minutes. He'll be staying in his sisters' house in Cubao while waiting for me. He still needs some rest.... i felt so guilty...
Ngaps... here is the content of the loot bag with the materials for the mini album and the On-the-SPOT challenge.

The 1st thing I did was to shop. Then we were called for a CARD making demo.
There were a lot of challenges for that day:
a. Card Making - Sponsored by MLA
b. Del Monte Page on the mini Album - Sponsored by Del monte
c. On the Spot Challenge (2 Categories):
1. Beginners
2. Advance
d. Scrappin Mom's IDOL On-the-Spot Challenge
I was not able to join the 1st 2 challenges due to lack of time. Pretty busy chatting and shopping.
Participated in the on the spot challenge - I was included in the advance group ( as per the SM, these are the scrappers that have already won in a challenge).
Been to a lot of pressure because we're only given 1 hour to complete the LO. I was doing 3 things at the same time.
1. Nangingialam kay"Dinah", my seatmate, with her LO. Just giving suggestions.
2. looking with Donna's worked. I was seated a seat away from her. She's really good on techniques. Learned a lot from her.
3. Doing my own LO.
Initially...had a hard time conceptualizing because I got green PPS. I was never a green person. Most of my LOs were red and black. But it seems that everything just fell into place. I started working on a black CS base. Then used my Personalized Scalloped Template from Au. (Thanks Au! kahit baka magalit si Hubby. It has my maiden name. Hehehe). I even ran on the demo table to get some paint (another requirement for Advance category is the use of liquid medium and a fabric). Never really expected to win. Esp. with the booboo on my LO (bottom of the pix). Guess what it is? I'l give u a kiss pag nahulaan nyo... hehehe.
The winners for the Advance Category are:3rd Place: Airees
2nd Place: Me
1st Place: BJAY
Was so happy then... really didn't expect to win with the gorgeous pages made by the advanced scrappers. Anyway..thanks Scrappin Moms for this Challenge. I was really challenged.
Thanks also for the Prize!!! Mwah!

After the announcement of the winners for the OTS challenge.. It is now time to announce the 1st ever Scrappin Moms IDOL winner. Grabe.. kakakaba and kakaloka.
Congrats CABBIE!!! You deserved to be an IDOL!!!
Scrappin Moms.. thanks for the SMI PIN. Kahit di kami kasama sa TOP12, we're able to get a PIN!!! Thank You. Thank YOU!
Btw, have a glimpse of my new purchases:
I was not able to finish the whole event.. hubby is already sicked... again. He's head is aching. I can see it in his EYES but he doesn't want to spoil the day.I just insisted that we call it a day. Nakalimutan ko na nga magpaalam sa aking mga seatmates and friends. Sorry Po. Family comes 1st.
We just ate in MAX so hubby can take a Medicine. Unfortunately. The medicine I've been keeping in my bag can't be taken by hubby because he just took a strong Anti-biotic. I think, this medicine caused hubby's headache.
Before heading home... we dropped by ARKDIA in Malate to get the entrance receipt that our company is requiring before we can reimbursement the gimik we had few weeks ago.
We took the coastal road going home. Buti na lang wala ng traffic. In Aguinaldo Hway, hubby spotted the "RED RIBBON". He was craving for their new " Custard Roll"... unfortunately .... wala na sila stock. Waah.
Uwi na lang kami with a broken heart. Hubby's head is still aching. I been begging him to let me drive so he can rest.. pero ayaw talaga. Ang tigas ng ulo. Hay. Buti na lang...meron kami nadaanan na drug store. Bought Mefenamic Acid.
At home... ngarag na kami dalawa. Masakit na rin ulo ko. We just took the medicine, clean up and slept....
That saturday was like a roller coaster ride... grabe.....

Hubby is Sick!
He was not able to work last Monday, Tuesday and Today.
But, still glad that results of the tests done on him are not bad.
I think... it's over-fatigue. He was over worked for the past few weeks kasi eh.
Anyway... Hope he'll get well soon.

Tagaytay Friday (09/07/07)
Office Hour ends at 5pm. But we agreed on a 6pm call time to finish our last minute ekek before the week ends. However, the "Filipino Time" made its move and the earliest time of departure was 640pm. Hubby and I was supposed to leave with them but he had an urgent call from his counterpart. I decided that we just wait for Ron who's official working hour is from 7am to 7pm (4 days only) instead of having him ride a shuttle bus.
We had a budget-meal dinner in the cold veranda of Max's Tagaytay. And at 9pm, we moved to Cafe Lupe. We didn't have our dinner in Cafe Lupe because it is more expensive and we have a limited budget for 25persons.
We had so much fun. 2 of our friends even jammed with the band. There was no dance floor but we even initiated some dancing after the 1st set of the band. The DJ played music of Akon and other pop stars. So much of excitement and fear of missing out the fun, no one even cared to take picture of those " nagwawala naming kasama. Hahaha.
We finished the 2nd set of the band then left @ 2pm. Kapagod yet masaya!
PS KAYA 5 Challenge Entry
It was almost done 1st week on the month but can't figure out what's missing.
I tried adding embellishments but last night I decided to remove the last embellishment that I added.
I think it's better now.
Have a peek of my LO in this Link.

- We went to Bossini but didn't find anything we like. Actually, I am looking for a black pants.
- Then we went to Plains in Prints... saw a nice black pants and new dark colored jean. The black pants didn't fit me well. I ended up buying the dark colored jeans.
- We entered Folded and Hung... saw 2 nice shirts. One on sale and 1 on regular price. Hubby insisted that I buy them all. Masunurin naman ako, hehehe.
- Also, went to Kamiseta, Bayo and People are People. Saw a nice tummy belt but didn't buy it kasi over budget nako. However, Ariel saw a nice polo in People are people. Bihira lang sya magkagusto ng damit kaya ako naman nag-insist na bilin na namin yun. And so we did.
- We had dinner in BK after a very tiring walk. However... was so happy... because after a long time... was able to spend some quality time with hubby ng walang asungot ( calls from work).

This is my entry to scappin moms August '07 Onli in the Philippines Challenge.
Title is Miss kita PINAS.
The journaling was a poem I wrote when I was in US last oct'05. That was almost 2 years ago.
Was happy that I was able to include this in my LO. I actually have lots on poems or random thoughts written recently and long long time ago. But i still don't have any idea on how to store or save them. most of them are still written on the original papers when I wrote them which are now....decaying...hehehe. While some are in my other blog. Please visit if you have time.
